Cancellation Policy

Quoted minimum numbers must be met to run our activities. Activity deposits must be paid in full more than 1 month prior to the activity start date to confirm your activity booking.

If the client cancels more than 1 month before the activity dates the deposit will be refunded in full.

If the client cancels the activity less than 1 month and more than 2 weeks before the activity begins ½ the deposit will be refunded.

Client cancellation less than 2 weeks before the activity date means no deposit will be refunded.

If the client cancels the activity 1 week or less than before the activity start date the full activity fee will be charged.

If Wild Earth Adventures cancels the activity for safety reasons a new date can be re booked or a full refund of the deposit paid will be granted to the client.
