Cancellation Policy

Quoted minimum numbers must be met to run our activities. Activity deposits must be paid in full more than 1 month prior to the activity start date to confirm your activity booking. However your dates will not be confirmed until your deposit has been paid.

If the client cancels more than 1 month before the activity dates the deposit will be refunded in full.

If the client cancels the activity less than 1 month and more than 2 weeks before the activity begins ½ the deposit will be refunded.

Client cancellation less than 2 weeks before the activity date means no deposit will be refunded.

If the client cancels the activity 1 week or less than before the activity start date the full activity fee will be charged.

If Wild Earth Adventures cancels the activity for safety reasons or due to a Covid Lockdown a new date can be re booked or a full refund of the deposit paid will be granted to the client.
